Our client, a leading organisation in the National Energy System Operator (NESO), is seeking an HR Operations Manager to be part of their newly established in-house HR Operations team. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing HR systems, policies, and processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
About the Role:In this critical position, you will lead a small team dedicated to delivering high-quality HR operational services across the organisation. You will implement best practises, streamline processes, and ensure compliance, all while supporting the rollout of a new HR system. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a positive colleague experience and driving the strategic objectives of the organisation.
