Your new job

You will be one of four people in the People and Culture Department, which supports the entire organization. Your three colleagues are based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and you will be based in London. You will be travelling to Copenhagen 3-4 times per year, collaborating frequently and closely in a virtual setting.

As our new HR Partner, your primary responsibility will be to offer strategic and operational HR support to SecAlliance, our London-based subsidiary with 45 employees. SecAlliance is part of CSIS Security Group, headquartered in Copenhagen. Half of your time will focus on group level deliverables and projects, for example related to Diversity and Inclusion, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Recruitment, etc.

Your primary responsibilities as HR Partner will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact person for managers and employees regarding HR-related matters in SecAlliance.
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on planning, recruitment, performance, development, engagement, compensation & benefits, compliance and legal matters.
  • Driving the development and implementation of HR-related policies and compliance related matters for SecAlliance.
  • Delivering on defined HR strategic objectives and contributing input to short- and medium-term strategic priorities.
  • Handling administrative tasks, including contracts, maintaining data in HR systems, managing end -of-employment processes, etc.

Special responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ESG and Impact reporting and initiatives related to SecAlliance.
  • Taking the lead on one or more cross-company HR-related functional areas and projects depending on qualifications.

You will match the job well if you can say yes to many of the following:

  • 4-5 years of HR experience at specialist to senior level, preferably as an HR partner
  • 2-3 years of HR experience within the IT sector (desirable)
  • Solid knowledge of UK labor law
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Facilitation skills (e.g. processes, workshops, meetings, etc.)
  • Understanding of sustainability and ESG (desirable)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid analytical abilities
  • Independent and self-motivated

It is a requirement that you have the right to work in the United Kingdom
