HR People Partner - Poole/Hybrid - Up to £43,000Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new challenge?Do you have previous experience working in a fast paced Human Resources team?If yes, then read on to see what's on offer!What you'll be doing:As a HR People Partner, you will be instrumental in underpinning the strategic decisions, ensuring that the best possible opportunities are achieved. This is a fantastic chance to make a real impact.About the company:Our client provides a range of services and resources designed to support educators in enhancing student performance.What we're looking for:

• Provide expert guidance on complex HR casework, ensuring fair and thorough resolution of issues such as disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters.
• Advise Leads and senior leadership on managing investigations that may lead to disciplinary or grievance cases.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring adherence to policies.
• Collaborate with the Finance team and payroll provider to manage payroll queries, adjustments, and ensure accurate processing.
• Monitor and manage employee absence, identifying trends and implementing actions in line with policies to address concerns.
• Coach and mentor HR Academy Leads, identifying development opportunities to support their ongoing growth and professional development.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns.
• Serve as the primary HR expert for employees, offering advice on a wide range of people-related issues and providing strategic solutions.
• Provide support to HR Academy Leads in each Academy, assisting with day-to-day HR tasks and offering guidance on best practices.
• Utilise HR systems and technology to compile, analyse, and report data as required by the Chief People and Culture Officer and senior leadership team.
• Advise on restructures, redundancies, and change management, ensuring compliance with policies and supporting staff through transitions.
