HR People Person - James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions) : Job Details

We are proud to be partnering with an award-winning further educational institution based in the west midlands, who are looking to appoint a HR People Partner on a 3-month contract.

This will be a full-time position, with hybrid working (4 days home working) and a day rate of circa £300 umbrella (DOE).

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a complex public sector organisation.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Bringing all contingency workforce and lecturers onto the same contracts and terms & conditions
• Explaining and advising employment law to managers and senior leaders in the organisation
• Drafting and issuing new contracts

Experience required:

• Knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience working in a complex public sector organisation

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - Remote
• Thursday - Onsite
