HR Professional - Education Sector

Location: Hammersmith - Hours 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

We have an opportunity for an HR Professional to start ASAP in this education institute.

HR Professional:

You will need to understand:

• How to organise physical & electronic Personnel files• How to administrate the SCR (Single Central record)• How to initiate pre-employment vetting checks (Enhanced DBS, Barred & Prohibition lists)• How to read a reference, check for gaps, and recognise relevance of qualifications

Must have:

• Enhanced DBS• Knowledge of working in schools• Attention to detail • Accuracy• An obsession for completeness
