HR Project Manager (International)

  • Day rate £250 - £300 (depending on experience)
  • Location: Remote - must be able to come to London once a quarter and engage in occasional travel
  • Job Type: Contract - 6-12 months

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Way: Drive HR projects that support our international growth, from planning to execution.
  • Strategise Globally: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our global expansion goals.
  • Compliance: Liaise with various departments to ensure that contracts, benefits, rewards and salary bandings are in line 
  • Foster Positive Relations: Manage employee relations and create a supportive work environment across all locations.
  • Report Progress: Keep senior management informed with regular updates and reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus!
  • Experience: At least 5 years of HR project management experience, with a focus on international operations.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional project management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Deep knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Proficiency in HR software and project management tools.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
