Your responsibilities:

• Cold calling potential clients to gain new business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients
• Attending regular client meetings
• Working with clients to fill given vacancies
• Advising clients of the candidate market and key trends
• Sourcing candidates using the company database, job boards, adverts and social media
• Meeting with candidates to discuss their experience, preferences and needs
• Developing trusting relationships with candidates through offering support and honest advice
• Providing excellent aftercare to placed candidates and their employers
