Key Responsibilities:
- Transition Payroll: Oversee the transition of payroll responsibilities from the finance department to HR.
- Team Management: Manage and lead a dedicated team to ensure smooth operations.
- System Integration: Integrate a new payroll system into the existing HRIS.
- Process Mapping: Conduct detailed process mapping to streamline payroll operations.
- System Mapping: Ensure accurate system mapping for seamless payroll integration.
- Upskill colleagues: Roll out training to all colleagues.
