  • Salary: £35,000 per annum

We are on the lookout for a proactive HR Systems Coordinator to join my client’s team. This systems-based role is pivotal in ensuring operational efficiency within the HR department. The ideal candidate will be a super user for our HR systems, maintain up-to-date trackers, conduct data audits, and assist in implementing a new performance management system. 

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Act as a super user for HR systems, ensuring optimal use and functionality.
  • Keep all HR trackers and databases up to date with accurate information.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of records.
  • Manage the onboarding cycle, including drafting employment documents and conducting Right to Work checks.
  • Coordinate with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
  • Assist in the implementation of a new performance management system.
  • Provide recruitment administration support, including advertising and liaising with partners and agencies.
  • Oversee probation review tasks and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  • Prepare and administer paperwork for employees, including contractual changes and leaver documents.
  • Manage the off-boarding cycle and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Review and organise training for First Aiders and Fire Marshals.
  • Assist with audits and provide an additional point of contact for general HR issues.
  • Provide references for ex-employees and support the HR team with minute-taking and other ad hoc duties.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an HR-related role, with a focus on systems and operations.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases, with the ability to conduct data audits and maintain trackers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • High attention to detail and computer literacy, especially with Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the HR team.

Salary : 34000 - 36000
