HR Training Officer - TempSouth-side of Edinburgh based | office-based role initially | potential for hybrid as the contract progressesFull Time | 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday Temp role for 6 months | potential for extensionPay rate up to £20.00 per hour depending on skills & relevant experienceSearch Consultancy are currently working with an Edinburgh based client in the housing services sector to recruit an experienced Training Officer who will be responsible for the design & delivery of training across the business.Duties involved in this role will include:* Designing a variety of training modules & courses, initially with a specific focus on HR policies & processes* Delivery of this training across the business in a staged group format, ensuring that all staff receive the training (approximately 250 staff)* Creation of a specific training course for line managers within the business, as well as delivery of this training* Carrying out a review of the company's training courses, ensuring that they are relevant & fit for purpose* Various other L&D/HR duties as requiredIn order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:* Previous relevant experience within a specific L&D or Training role, or within an HR role with exposure to Training or a Training element involved* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - this is absolutely ESSENTIAL* Solid IT Skills including the full MS Office suiteIf this is the role for you, apply now!Please note that only applicants who have the required skills and experience detailed above will be considered for this role.
