Leading international law firm based is looking for a new HRIS Analyst to work within their HR team to support all offices.
- Hybrid working available for Bristol office (2 days in the office / 3 days remote)

HRIS Analyst Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
- Provide first line support in respect of all queries and issues raised by users
- Maintain employee data in the HRIS
- Create and maintain system documentation
- Generate reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making and compliance
- Develop a suite of self-serve reporting / dashboards to reduce the volume of ad-hoc requests Respond to third party data and information requests
- Collate people data in relation to bulk renewal of practising certificates and memberships
- Support the Reward & Benefits Manager with the production and analysis of data in relations to cyclical activity
- Draft communications e.g., system upgrades and annual leave carryover
HRIS Analyst Key Skills & Requirements
- Previous HRIS experience, ideally SAP Success Factors
- Highly numerate and analytical with advanced MS Excel capabilities (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables essential)
- HRIS report writing and dashboard creation with proficiency in Visio and Power BI
- Ability to quickly master new software
- Detail orientated with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
