Key Responsibilities includeData Management and Integrity
- Oversee the collection, maintenance, and integrity of HR data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regular updates across all HR systems.
- Conduct regular data audits and cleansing activities to maintain data quality.
HR Reporting and Analytics
- Develop and distribute regular People reports and dashboards for senior management, covering metrics like employee turnover, absenteeism, headcount, and diversity.
- Analyse People data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process and employee experience improvements.
- Support the People & OD team in using data for workforce and succession planning, and other strategic initiatives.
- Provide regular reports to the Chief People Officer, and other stakeholders.
Experience required
- Over 2 years experience in HRMI
- Strong HR Systems knowledge
- Well versed in data analysis tools
