What you’ll be doing:
  • You will provide visible, hands-on leadership in Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE), ensuring best practices are embedded across the workforce
  • You will take ownership of HSSE processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards
  • You will engage with teams at all levels, driving awareness and delivering training programs that enhance safety performance
  • You will ensure external audit recommendations are fully implemented and continuously improve risk assessment processes
  • You will analyse data, monitor performance, and introduce new initiatives to enhance workplace safety and sustainability
  • You will chair key safety meetings and oversee the effective use of health & safety systems across the business
What you’ll bring:
  • A strong track record in HSSE leadership, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs that engage and empower employees
  • Confidence in leading audits, managing compliance, and driving continuous improvement
