HR Assistant

- Working Hours: Part-time, 3 to 5 days per week, 9:30 AM - 2:30 PM
We are a dynamic school trust committed to delivering outstanding education and support. We are currently seeking a proactive HR Assistant to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis, with the potential to make a significant impact on our operations.
Day to Day of the role:
- Assist with the execution of daily HR tasks and operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance where necessary.
- Help manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in HR, preferably within a school environment, local government, or the NHS.
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Good Docs, Arbour, or Edu Pay is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
