Human Resources Assistant

Uxbridge, Middlesex

£35,000 + Pension + Parking

If you have all round human resources administration experience then this role for an Human Resources Assistant may well suit you, you’ll be joining a large, very successful local organisation.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assisting the HR Manager with the management of the human resources function

- Co-ordinating the recruitment process and advertising vacancies available

- Sorting CV’s received and arranging interviews for successful candidates

- Preparing offer of employment letters and producing contracts of employment

- Collating monthly payroll information and administering new starters and leavers

- Maintaining staff records and recording holiday and sickness absences
