HVAC Maintenance Technician - Randstad Construction & Property : Job Details

Are you an experienced building services maintenance technician with a strong background in maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems? Looking to work on a site which offers bags of overtime, training and career progression? Looking to work for a market leading FM service provider?

Duties

• Fault find on all refrigeration/chiller plants on site
• Fault find and maintenance on compressors
• Ensure that routine PPMs are carried out on all assets in accordance with site task schedules andasset lists.
• Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable orderat all times.
• Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, and used for all tasksundertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times.
• Maintenance of on-site chillers
• Servicing and strip down of AHU's/FCUs/VRVs/VRFs

Requirements

• Building services expeirence in commercial office/critical building
• F-Gas Level 1 (essential)
• NVQ/C&G in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration (Level 2 min)
• Understanding of electrical maintenance/electrical plant systems
• Can-do attitude - natural desire to learn and grow within the company
