Job Opportunity: Corporate Senior Solicitor/Legal Director

Location: Sevenoaks Office

A leading regional Legal 100 firm is expanding its highly regarded corporate team in Sevenoaks.

This is a senior hire for the firm and you will play an important role in the growth of its corporate offering throughout Kent.

Role Requirements:

• Experience: advising on buy side and sell side transactions, along with other general corporate transactions such as reorganisations and corporate joint ventures; You will also have the opportunity to supervise more junior employees
• Skills: high level of technical expertise, supervisory skills and business development
