- Salary: £35,000 gross p.a. (DOE)

Job Overview:
The Chace People Team is seeking an Inventory Controller/Procurement Executive to join our client's Luxury Lifestyle and Wellness Retreat, initially on a fixed-term-contract (FTC) basis covering a maternity leave, with the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff following this. The candidate will be responsible for managing and organising stock levels to meet guest and staff demands while ensuring sourcing plans align with the brand's vision of sustainable and regenerative practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase invoice and expense management and processing
- General ledger and liaison with Finance
- Prepare inventory, sales and depletion reports
- Order standard stock items as per set procedures
- Receive and act on approved PO requests from HODs
- Act as receiving point of contact for deliveries
- Undertake schedules audits/stock takes for designated departments
- Issue agreed upon stocks and items to designated personnel
- Administer transfers between departments
- Oversee Expensify and its effective use
Requirements:
- Proven experience as inventory controller/procurement executive in a hospitality setting
- Experience with the effective use of Expensify in a hospitality setting
- Ability to approach procurement with the brand's vision in mind
- Flexible and trainable, a fast learner who can quickly come to terms with the requirements of the role
- Adaptable, friendly and professional manner, with the ability to contribute to cross-departmental success
- Able to start as soon as possible
