We are a specialist recruitment agency, working with some of the UK's leading financial service providers. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hybrid Mortgage Sales Manager for one of our esteemed clients in the South East!
About the Role
This exciting Hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual to join a thriving mortgage team. You will work from a home office with regular visits to the head office, allowing you to achieve a healthy work-life balance while still enjoying the benefits of a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Originating high-quality mortgage leads through a mix of phone calls, relationship building with estate agents and developers, and utilising online channels.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients, understanding their needs and financial goals to recommend the most suitable mortgage products.
- Negotiating competitive mortgage deals with lenders and ensuring a smooth application process.
- Exceeding ambitious sales targets and contributing significantly to the team's overall performance.
- Building strong relationships with local estate agents, developers and other referral partners.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest mortgage products and industry trends.
Who We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in mortgage sales or a similar financial services role.
- A strong understanding of the UK mortgage market and a desire to stay informed of market changes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships and develop a network of referral partners.
- A highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
- A confident and articulate individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
The Package
- Competitive basic salary of £50,000 with guaranteed uplift to £70,000 within 6 months of exceeding targets.
- On-target earnings (OTE) of £85,000 - £100,000 per annum, with a lucrative commission structure.
- Hybrid working model - split between home office working and regular visits to the head office.
