This role is part of a high-profile initiative focused on strengthening trading controls and mitigating unauthorized trading risks.They are looking for someone who has a strong background as a Project Manager / Business Analyst within the asset management / investment space. Moreover, someone who has exceptional stakeholder management skills, the ability to communicate with different levels within the business and lead workshops.Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst / Project Manager

• Lead the delivery of key enhancements for Front Office Supervision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Trading, Risk, and Technology to define requirements and drive solutions.
• Manage multiple project rollouts across different locations and asset classes, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Conduct data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and governance meetings to communicate project updates and gain stakeholder buy-in.

Essential Background of the Business Analyst / Project Manager

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within Investment Banking or Global Markets.
• Proven track record in delivering technology-driven change projects in a Front Office environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and present complex information clearly.
• Experience in producing business requirements, process maps, and governance documentation.
