Our blue chip client is recruiting for it's ICT Service Delivery team and is looking for someone, with following skills, experience and attitudes:

• Excellent customer facing skills, in person and via phone/online
• A passion for developing a career in IT Service Delivery/Support
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional approach to work
• Willing to be on-site in client's offices in Hatfield, 5 days per week (core hours 0900-1730)

In return our client will pay a startign salary of £26,000 plus benefits. Provide the necessary training and development for you to succeed in this role and shape your career.
