Our blue chip is recruiting an ICT Customer Solutions Analyst, to be part of the team that onboards new customers and support the business on a daily basis, they are looking for someone with strong Customer facing skills and a knowledge of ICT/IT.
You will need to be a self starter, with a great personality, who is happy to work 3 days per week in Hatfield and be based from home the other 2.
The ideal candidate will have:-
- 2 years or more experience in a customer service or technical support role.
- An understanding of IT systems and cloud technologies (any SQL nice but not essential) with willingness to learn and develop technical skills, any helpdesk experience/tools a bonus.
- Have the ability to troubleshoot and document technical or user issues with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Have a flexible, versatile, and adaptable with an ability to work under pressure with a commitment to deadlines.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively with team members and build strong relationships with internal and external users.
- Possess strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Experience with project and ticket management tools preferred.
