The Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Delivery Analyst to join our dynamic ICT Customer Services Team. You will supervise a team of service desk agents, providing direction, support, and guidance to ensure the effective delivery of ICT services. You will be passionate about Customer Services and play an integral role in the delivery of technical solutions to our user base.

The ICT Service Delivery Analyst sits within the Service Delivery section of the department and reports to an ICT Senior Service Delivery Analyst. This role is primarily based at our Headquarters in Bridgend, but we do support a hybrid working policy once initial training has been completed.
