ICT Technician

• Salary up to £32,000 plus benefits!
• Based in Coventry
• Minimum 1 year of professional 2nd line support experience required

About the client:

My client is a leading IT provider to educational trusts across the Midlands. They are now seeking an ICT Technician to join their growing team in Coventry. The role provides on-site support to our client's schools and you will be responsible for the day-to-day 1st and 2nd line IT needs. A car and driving license are essential for this role and fuel expenses are included.

The ICT Technician Role:

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support
• Provide an approachable, friendly service to clients
• Resolve, advise and assist any IT issues that arise
• Occasionally visit other client sites and assist with migrations at client sites
• Perform regular maintenance and checks
• Remotely resolve issues using the helpdesk
• Provide telephone support

ICT Technician - Essential Skills:

• Windows Server, Azure, MacOS, Office 365, Active Directory, Printers
• A minimum 1 year professional 2nd line support experience
• Have a car and driver's license
