IFA Administration Team Leader

  • Salary: upto £38,000

Are you an experienced IFA Administrator at a senior level or currently supervising and looking for a rewarding opportunity? Join my clients dynamic Financial Planning team! As an IFA Administration Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisers and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Process ISA, pension, GIA, and Offshore Bond applications and top-ups.
  • Process fund switches/dealing instructions within team SLAs, with high attention to detail.
  • Process applications for structured products and EIS.
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding transfers, top-ups, and withdrawals.
  • Process surrenders and assignments.
  • Deal with death claims, including liaising with other professional services firms and Executors.
  • Build strong relationships with key account managers of product providers and the wider firm to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Assist the Head of Administration with the day-to-day running of the Administration team, including allocating and reviewing work.
  • Support the Administration team in the absence of the Head of Administration, including during periods of annual leave.
  • Train new starters on key team processes and CRM software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an IFA Administrator.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
