IFA Administration Team Leader

Are you an experienced IFA Administrator at a senior level or currently supervising and looking for a rewarding opportunity? Join my clients dynamic Financial Planning team! As an IFA Administration Team Leader, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our financial advisers and ensuring exceptional service for our clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Process ISA, pension, GIA, and Offshore Bond applications and top-ups.
- Process fund switches/dealing instructions within team SLAs, with high attention to detail.
- Process applications for structured products and EIS.
- Provide timely updates to clients regarding transfers, top-ups, and withdrawals.
- Process surrenders and assignments.
- Deal with death claims, including liaising with other professional services firms and Executors.
- Build strong relationships with key account managers of product providers and the wider firm to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Assist the Head of Administration with the day-to-day running of the Administration team, including allocating and reviewing work.
- Support the Administration team in the absence of the Head of Administration, including during periods of annual leave.
- Train new starters on key team processes and CRM software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an IFA Administrator.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
