Job Description :

We are working on behalf of our client, a highly successful boutique firm of fully independent financial advisers (IFA), to recruit an experienced and proactive IFA Administrator. This role is pivotal to the team, supporting the company's Directors and a Senior Financial Planner while having regular contact with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors and a Senior Financial Planner.
  • Maintain accurate client records, prepare documentation, and ensure follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Regularly liaise with clients, addressing queries and providing outstanding customer service.
  • Prepare and manage reports, documents, and compliance paperwork.
  • Handle communication with product providers and other third parties.

To be considered you should have:

  • Previous experience in an IFA administration role or within the financial services sector is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team with client-facing responsibilities.

Salary : 22000 - 26000
