We are working on behalf of our client, a highly successful boutique firm of fully independent financial advisers (IFA), to recruit an experienced and proactive IFA Administrator. This role is pivotal to the team, supporting the company's Directors and a Senior Financial Planner while having regular contact with clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors and a Senior Financial Planner.
- Maintain accurate client records, prepare documentation, and ensure follow-ups are conducted in a timely manner.
- Regularly liaise with clients, addressing queries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Prepare and manage reports, documents, and compliance paperwork.
- Handle communication with product providers and other third parties.

To be considered you should have:
- Previous experience in an IFA administration role or within the financial services sector is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team with client-facing responsibilities.
