Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an individual with sales support experience to join a well-regarded wealth management firm based in Coventry, as an IFA Administrator.

Duties will include:

• Processing client business from cradle to grave
• Managing client relationships and liaising with clients over the telephone
• Ensuring the CRM system is up to date
• Liaising with providers and inputting client data
• Obtaining quotations and illustrations and much more…

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in a sales support function in a wealth management company
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
