Fram is excited to partner with a based in West Essex .Our client deal with HNW and they are looking for a motivated Administrator to join their Advisor Support team. This opportunity has arisen due to internal career progression where an administrator has transitioning to a paraplanning role. The company off hybrid working with Tuesday/Wednesday and Thursday in the office and Monday and Fridays WFH. - Provide comprehensive administrative support to a dedicated team of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners.
- Maintain and update the client database.
- Process new business applications and manage client information.
- Assist in writing basic reports and maintaining documentation.
- Perform general office duties.
- Act as a liaison between clients, product providers, and the advisory team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in financial services administration.
- A working knowledge of platforms is a plus.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to work towards a Diploma in Financial Planning.
