IFA Administrator - Optimum Path Financial Planning : Job Details

What you'll do as an IFA Administrator:

• Act as the initial point of contact for clients.
• Produce annual review meeting packs.
• Deal with client and provider queries.
• Obtain pre-sale product documentation and gather general client product data.
• Implement all proposals through to satisfactory completion and record.
• Check investment deals for colleagues, general office administration and ad hoc project support when required.

What were looking for:

• At least three years experience as an IFA Administrator in Financial Planning or Wealth Management.
• Progress with financial planning exams would be highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of financial products, processes, and back-office systems (training provided for specific platforms).
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident, professional communication skills with clients and team members.
• Able to consistently deliver an excellent service to our customers.
• Someone who takes a problem with solution approach when challenges arise and present the adviser with options to achieve the best outcome.
