About the Role: Implementation Analyst

We are seeking an Implementation Analyst to take ownership of the tagging and data layer implementation roadmap, driving both the long-term strategy and short-term operations across our digital estate, including websites and mobile apps.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a robust process for implementing and utilising tagging and data layer elements.
  • Define data layer requirements and collaborate with developers to implement them effectively.
  • Implement, debug, and troubleshoot analytics and marketing tags.
  • Ensure data quality for robust and accurate business reporting and analysis.
  • Establish and maintain tagging best practices.
  • Communicate tracking requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of A/B and multivariate testing (MVT) to optimise landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Lead the end-to-end A/B testing process, from hypothesis creation to post-test analysis.
  • Partner with digital product owners to align tagging and tracking solutions with business goals.
  • Manage the relationship with a third-party digital agency.
About You:

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience as an Analytics Implementation Specialist, Digital Analyst, Web Analyst, or Web Developer.
  • Expertise in Tag Management Systems, ideally Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, or similar.
  • Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in mobile app tracking and measurement (an advantage).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • A track record of working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across various organisational levels.
