Implementation Consultant - Venn Group : Job Details

Role: Implementation Consultant 

Daily Rate: £400- 450 per day  

Role Type: 3 month contract

Start date: 9th December 2024

Key Responsibilities

• To serve as the main point of contact between the Finance Directorate and the IT staff, and to collaborate closely with them on all systems and procedures

• Manage the technical requirements of all current finance systems, in particular, Business Central, assisting with the implementation and improvements required

• Create and maintain an up-to-date map of finance systems that illustrates how they interface with one another and with non-finance systems

• Collaborate with the Finance Directorate members to find and apply opportunities for process improvement using current systems

• Teach and assist both new and current employees in using the Finance Directorate's systems

• Create a business plan for replacing the present accounting systems, in close collaboration with the Finance Directorate and the IT team

• Take the lead in implementing the new systems business strategy as the Finance Directorate lead

• Keep all Finance Directorate systems' policy and procedure documentation up to date

Essential

• Previous experience working with Business Central
• Proven ability to liaise with stakeholder, communications technical information in an comprehensible manner
