Salary: £35k - £40k plus bonus

On behalf of our prestigious client, Acorn By Synergie are seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our client's dynamic onboarding team. In this role, you'll take the lead on client projects, guiding them through the integration process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition and delivering exceptional results.

You'll play a key role in creating positive change for clients' businesses by scoping integration details, liaising with partners, resolving issues, and tailoring solutions to meet each client's unique needs.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading client onboarding projects with clear communication and precision.
• Explaining technical processes to non-technical stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
• Managing multiple projects effectively, ensuring on-time delivery (Prince 2 qualification preferred).
• Continuously improving processes and products to enhance client experiences.
• Becoming an expert in the client's products and services to provide tailored solutions.

What You'll Bring
