Import Administrator (Mandarin Speaking) - Market36 Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Market 36 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Import Operator (Mandarin Speaking) for one of our clients based in Witham.

An opportunity to work within our clients growing deep sea import team. Main purpose of the role is to work within my clients busy import LCL department.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Arranging air, sea and road import bookings
• Dealing with overseas offices and partners
• Working start to finish on files
• Processing sales and purchases
• Quoting UK clients for LCL
• Quoting and managing shipments for several FBA (Amazon Clients)
• Updating new client bookings in shared drives with pricing
• Looking after key accounts
• Raising invoices
• Managing direct client accounts
• Ensuring customer queries and complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively in line with our policies and procedures

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Mandarin speaking
• 2 years general forwarding experience
• Strong administration skills
• Works well in a team environment
• Good Microsoft Office Package experience

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00

In return our client offers a basic salary of £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
