Import Clerk - ASL Personnel : Job Details

Working within a busy import department duties will involve:-

• Processing Import shipments from Start to Finish (Mainly Airfreight some Sea & Road Freight training will be given on modes where required)
• Completing Custom Entries Procedures ( CDS)
• Providing High Level of Customer Service and with all queries quickly and efficiently
• Monitoring Duty & Vat and ensuring compliance to HMRC regulations
• Good Attention to details and high level of accuracy
• Good level of PC literacy

Working Hours for the Air Import Operator

Mon - Fri 0900 - 1730 hrs or Tues - Sat 0730-1600/0800-1630 hrs

20-25 days holidays + bank holidays
