• Efficiently conduct customs clearance procedures.
• Prepare and manage CHED documents as required.
• Coordinate the release and delivery of containers.
• Handle invoicing for customers accurately and timely.
• Utilize Destin8/CNS systems to track and manage shipments.
• Operate Multi Freight software for various shipping and logistics functions.
• Perform other standard tasks associated with the role of an Import Clerk.

• Proven experience as an Import Clerk or similar role in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with customs clearance processes and documentation.
• Experience with CHED documents, Destin8/CNS, and Multi Freight systems is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
