We are partnering with a leading shipping and freight forwarding company seeking a Import Coordinator to join their expanding team.Responsibilities;

• Liaison with Transport planners
• Taking import bookings and creating on internal software
• Liaising with customers and clients
• Preparing sales invoices for the administration team
• Booking shipments for Airfreight, Road freight and Sea freight
• Be the main point of contact for customer enquiries and requirements

Skills Required;

• A confident and approachable person
• Previous experience within logistics
• Customer focussed with the determination and willingness to deliver an excellent level of service
• IT literate
