Import Routings Coordinator - Freight - Heathrow Personnel : Job Details

My client are a well established freight forwarder looking for an Import Routings Coordinator to join their team!

Daily duties:

• Enter new booking into our in-house system
• Lease with global offices for updates on status of new shipment and keep customer updated at all times
• Provision costs and prepare invoice for the client once shipment arrives
• Prepare the B/L (shipping paperwork) for the local office.
• Responding to all emails in good time.

Experience needed:

• Experience with INCO terms or have worked in imports.
• Organised
• Can work on numerous shipments at the same time
• Have excellent attention to detail

Working hours:

• Monday - Friday 0900am - 1715pm
