This is a dynamic opportunity for a Legal Counsel to join a global organisation at the forefront of sustainable technology within a 12 month fixed term contract. Based in the UK, you'll provide legal expertise for high-stakes construction projects both domestically and abroad. Description

The Legal Counsel will be:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction and EPC contracts.
  • Advising on licensing, planning permissions, and regulatory compliance for UK and international projects.
  • Supporting real estate due diligence and document reviews.
  • Managing contractual disputes and claims across jurisdictions.
  • Providing day-to-day corporate governance and legal advisory services.
  • Offering strategic risk mitigation advice and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Profile

The Legal Counsel should be:

  • A qualified Solicitor or equivalent.
  • 4+ PQE within commercial construction.
  • Experienced in general corporate law, ideally within the EPC or manufacturing sectors.
  • Skilled in contract management, risk mitigation, and multi-jurisdictional legal matters.
