A new, exciting opening has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to work In-House for one of the largest commercial & consumer collections businesses in the UK.

It's a fantastic time to join – the company is growing and this will only add to the scope of the role.

The key element of this position is to provide a comprehensive and compliant conveyancing service within a recoveries environment.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Verifying legal titles to freehold and leasehold properties and be able to identify title/property issues
• Understanding the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion
• Manage a workload effectively and ensure that files are run in an orderly manner

This role will suit a Junior Fee Earning Conveyancer who is looking to move in-house and expand their knowledge in this area.
