Salary dependent on experience

Full time - 5 days per week

We are a leading home improvement company, specialising in high-quality windows, doors, conservatories, and more. As a FENSA Approved Installer, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and bespoke products to customers across Swindon and surrounding areas.

The Role

As an In-Store Manager, you will:

  • Oversee and manage multiple in-store locations, engaging with customers and promoting our home improvement products.
  • Book high-quality installation appointments for our sales team.
  • Build relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a professional, welcoming, and engaging store environment.
  • Work towards sales and appointment-setting targets, maximising business opportunities.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, answering queries and guiding customers through our product offerings.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and displays are well-presented and up to date.
  • Travel between store locations as required.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong background in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles.

  • Is self-motivated and target-drive, with a passion for achieving sales success.
  • Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Holds a full UK driving licence and is willing to travel between store locations.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic retail environment.
  • Experience in the home improvement industry is beneficial but not essential-full training will be provided.
