Job Description :

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with leads, understand their needs, and guide them through the events and exhibtions they are interested in. By leveraging your excellent communication skills and sales acumen, you will play a key role in converting inquiries into sales. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and email. 
  • Qualify leads by understanding questions and needs. 
  • Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and packages.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Salary : 30000 - 35000
