My client are renowned for their Industrial Disease work and contribution to the community. Due to continued success and volume of cases they are expanding and are therefore looking for talented, confident, hardworking and highly motivated individuals to join their firm. Because of the steady and high influx of case work, they are hiring for an Industrial Disease Fee Earner to specialise on Military & Military Deafness claims. The rise of these claims climbs month by month and there are multiple opportunities available based in this department. At least 5 roles are available right now for a January start and more roles to come after that. The Role: As mentioned above, the role will be for an Industrial Disease (ID) Fee Earner who will specialise in Military Deafness (MD) Disease claims. This role however is a re-train opportunity so previous experience of ID or MD is not required but would be beneficial. However, the experience which would be essential is any previous personal injury litigation work in a number of areas. Experience & Qualifications:
- Personal Injury Litigation required
- At least 1 year file handling experience
- Experience in industrial Disease or Military Deafness claims would be beneficial.
- You must also be IT literate, including knowledge of using case management software, ideally Proclaim.
