Infrastructure Engineer - VIQU Limited : Job Details

Infrastructure Engineer – up to 3 months – Midlands

My client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer with experience in the AV (Audio Visual) industry to assist in their business wide IT Infrastructure upgrade.

The project involves refresh of onsite meeting and conference rooms. The new AV equipment and cabling will already be installed - the Infrastructure Engineer must therefore have experience configuring new AV equipment in company meeting and conference rooms, ideally having experience with MTR – Microsoft Teams Rooms and Yealink.

AV Engineer requirements will include:

• Previous technical experience implementing and configuring new AV equipment/software, including Yealink VC equipment & Yealink Teams Meeting Rooms
• Extensive experience working with MS Teams & Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) - (Zoom, Skype, WebEx could be considered)
• Expertise working with Video Conferencing tools such as Crestron, Poly and Qsys
• Must have setup and configured meeting or conference room technologies and infrastructure on a medium to large scale
• Previous experience in configuration and deployment of Audio-Visual peripherals
• Experience supporting users at all levels through to VIP Support
• Strong communication and customer support skills
• Happy to travel to other sites across the Midlands and Northwest if required

This opportunity requires the Infrastructure Engineer to be based on-site 5 days per week – parking can be provided if required.
