Infrastructure Engineer - Interquest : Job Details

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our dynamic Infrastructure Change team. This role is perfect for a seasoned expert who thrives on delivering complex infrastructure projects and providing high-level technical support.

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. You'll play a crucial role in driving change initiatives and ensuring the stability and security of our IT environment.

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions for large-scale projects
• Provide expert-level (3rd line) support for complex infrastructure issues
• Manage and optimize cloud environments, with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Office 365
• Ensure compliance with security policies and industry best practices
• Develop and maintain comprehensive system documentation
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing across the IT department

• 10+ years of experience in IT support and infrastructure management
• Proven track record of successfully delivering major infrastructure change projects
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure
• Strong experience with virtualization technologies, preferably VMware vSphere
• In-depth understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and change management processes
• Experience working in a regulated financial services environment is highly desirable
