Here at Hays Technology, we are partnered with a fast-growth, Norwich-based retail/consumer goods client who are hiring an Infrastructure Manager. There will be people-management responsibilities with an Infrastructure Engineer and Service Desk Technician reporting in to you.Your new role will encompass a blend of:Infrastructure Development & Management

• Strategic Security Oversight:
• Key Documentation and enforcement of critical policies
• Incident & Disaster Recovery Planning

General IT Management

• Strategic Planning
• Vendor & Budget Management
• Compliance & Auditing

What you'll need to succeedEssential:

• 5+ years relevant experience in infrastructure management
• Cloud environment management experience (ideally Azure)
• Full UK driving licence
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead diverse technical teams effectively, delivering measurable results in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in project management and change management

Desirable:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as organisational psychology, business administration, or change management.
• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL Practitioner experience
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and MITRE ATT&CK
• Retail/consumer goods industry experience
