Job Location : Manchester, UK
As we will be providing full training, we are open to candidates with varying backgrounds. If you are a great communicator, customer orientated, a team player, and willing to learn then you could possess the skills needed to succeed in this position.
What you will do
Our inside sales team supply quotes, engage with customers to sell and secure orders for labour and materials quotes issued, and process all orders through to our planning team to book in with our customers.
How you will do it
Make introduction calls to customers to identify needs, complete quotes and close sales
Producing quotes to our customers using correct pricing tools
Engaging with suppliers
Providing customer service including updates to customers
What we look for
Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work with customers and provide a customer first experience
Must be personable, willing to learn and be a team player.
Be able to work to targets and KPI’s and manage own workload
Computer literate - to be able to use outlook, word, excel, and internal systems (training will be provided on these)
Preferred:
Experience working in a customer facing roles, in areas such as retail, hospitality, call Centre, helpdesk, sales and customer services (to name a few)
Knowledge or experience in B2B Sales or the HVAC and Fire and Security industry would be an advantage
