Are you currently working within an Inside Sales role and looking for a new challenge?

This role will require you to support the Area Sales Managers with technical support, process complex sales orders and mange lead times for large orders through to completion.

The key responsibilities are to manage the order process from start to finish and be the key link between the Suppliers and Area Sales Managers. You must be able to manage realistic expectations, be exceptionally organised and have a strong team work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to quotations from the sales team
  • Manage all orders from start to finish using price book
  • Manage spare parts orderbook
  • Communicate any changes to lead times
  • Reporting and updating trackers
  • Provide technical support
  • Manage and maintain machine stock levels
  • Allocate and coordinate machines for trade shows
  • Book client visits on site ensuring machinery is readily available to use
  • Communicating regularly with the sales team to maximise all sales opportunities
  • Maintain a key relationship with the supplier's, service, and sales team
  • Make changes to supplier account details, products, and services
  • Weekly reporting

What we are looking for:

  • Experience working within an internal sales role
  • Experience using price books or similar
  • Experience communicating over the phone and through emails
  • Be able to follow processes with high attention to detail
  • Friendly and approachable
  • Thrives on working in a demanding role
  • Able to be pro-active and react to technical issues that arise
  • A keen interest for technical products

Salary:

  • 35,000- £40,000 depending on experience
