Given your end-to-end ownership of inside sales tasks, you will be expected to proactively identify sales opportunities to uncover potential leads and opportunities for growth. You will also be expected to prepare offers and proposals customized to the specific needs of potential customers, and to negotiate and close contracts with customers. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive account plans, identifying and engaging relevant stakeholders, and developing activities to present our value proposition to potential clients through digital channels (e.g., virtual demos, videoconferencing, online chat, telephone calls).Open to experienced or a grad with potentialMost important is coachability and commerciall mindedThey encourage candidates to talk about things they are not great at to assess their coachability. This has been a challenge so farInterview process is 1 remotely with regional sales manager then 1 onsite with RSM and someone else from team.Salary is £35 - 42k basic with up to £30k commission based on territory performance. This has proven lucrative so far8.30am - 4.30pm with 45 mins for lunch
