Insight Manager - Reed : Job Details

• Annual Salary: circa. £50k
• Location: Evesham, Worcestershire
• Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Our client are a luxury homewares brand and are seeking an Insights Manager to join their Product and Compliance Team. As the Insights Manager for the UK & Europe, you will be pivotal in integrating insights into all aspects of their business to enhance their product offerings, market positioning, and service propositions.

• Usage & Attitudes:
  • Initiate and manage market and category studies to provide a reliable knowledge base for decision-making.
• NPD Direction & Validation:
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Team to define insight requirements for new product development, including proposition validation.
  • Design and execute comprehensive insights plans.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders to guide NPD direction.
• Existing Product Portfolio Assessment:
  • Assist the Product Team in evaluating the existing portfolio to ensure optimal positioning and messaging.
• Customer Experience:
  • Support the Marketing, Product, Customer Service, and Digital Teams in understanding consumer interactions across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to gather insights on brand perception and positioning.
  • Develop strategies to enhance brand equity and market perception.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a consumer or market insights role.
• Strong understanding of various research methodologies and data analysis.
• Proven ability to develop insight plans and recommend appropriate methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Interest in design/interiors is beneficial but not essential.
• Comfortable with regular travel within the UK & Ireland and occasional travel to Europe.
