£55,000 - £60,000 + Company Car + Pension + Medical Insurance + Lunch Allowance + Free Parking + More

Hybrid: 2 days from Home, 3 days in the office

Insights Manager’s Core Duties

• Manage monthly planning cycle, define model and channel objectives
• Hold monthly meetings to agree operational plans
• Manage and report on KPIs and address performance issues
• Compile presentations for senior management as required
• Ensure compliance with emissions trading scheme and report on performance
• Identify ways to enhance team performance and efficiencies

Insights Manager’s Skills Required

• Experience as an Insights Manager within the manufacturing sector
• Experience working within the automotive sector
• Team management experience
• Good analytical skills and highly numerate with advanced Excel skills
• Good project management and organisational skills
• Great communications and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of market and planning principles
